Gambling Awareness Program

Supporting Women, Strengthening Community

💬 We’re Here to Help

Gambling can affect women and families in ways that are often unseen. Whether you’re worried about your own gambling or someone else’s, the WASH House offers free, confidential, and non-judgemental support for women ready to explore a healthier path.

🤝 What We Offer

1️Individual Support

Talk with a trained worker in a safe, private space. We’ll work with you to understand your situation and offer strategies that support you, your choices, and your wellbeing.

2️ Group Programs

Join supportive, women-only groups where you can learn, reflect, and share with others on a similar journey. Build confidence and connections in a respectful space.

3️ Education & Harm Reduction

Learn practical ways to reduce harm, manage triggers, and take back control. We provide information on the risks of gambling and safe ways to move forward.

4️Support for Affected Others

If someone in your life is gambling and it’s impacting you, we can help with safety planning, emotional support, and referrals.

5️Warm Referrals

We can connect you with financial counselling, mental health support, legal aid, and other services tailored to your needs.
